布氏乳桿菌和纖維素酶對青貯玉米秸稈品質(zhì)影響研究

Effects of 顆粒機Lactobacillus buchneri and Cellulase on the Quality of Silage Corn Straw

【摘要】為研究布氏乳桿菌和纖維素酶對青貯玉米秸稈粗飼料發(fā)顆粒機酵品質(zhì)和有氧穩(wěn)定性的影響,分別設置CK組(空白對照組)、LB組(布氏乳桿菌組)、ENZ組(纖維素酶組)及LB+ENZ組(布氏乳桿菌和纖維素酶共同處理組)的玉米秸稈青貯發(fā)酵試驗。發(fā)酵45 d后取樣進行青顆粒機貯發(fā)酵品質(zhì)感官綜合評價,測定pH值、有機酸含量、微生物活菌數(shù)、水溶性碳水化合物含量、中性洗滌纖維含量及酸性洗滌纖維含量等指標。結(jié)果表明,LB組、ENZ組、LB+ENZ組感官綜合評分比對照組提高20.3顆粒機1%、14.06%和25.00%;LB組和LB+ENZ組酵母菌分別降至2.23×103、7.10×102CFU/g FM,明顯低于CK組和ENZ組;LB組和LB+ENZ組布氏乳桿菌和纖維素酶的添加顯著顆粒機(P<0.05)提高了青貯飼料中乙酸的含量,抑制丙酸的產(chǎn)生,顯著(P<0.05)降低乳酸/乙酸值和氨態(tài)氮(NH3-N)含量;ENZ組和LB+ENZ組布氏乳桿菌和纖維素酶的添加對酸性洗滌纖維(ADF)的顆粒機降解比較顯著(P<0.05),對中性洗滌纖維(NDF)的降解無顯著差異(P>0.05),提高水溶性碳水化合物(WSC)含量;LB+ENZ組、LB組、ENZ組青貯玉米秸稈有氧穩(wěn)定性時間較CK組分別提高了顆粒機312.36%、250.56%、87.64%,且各組間差異均顯著(P<0.05)。LB和ENZ聯(lián)合添加,可提高青貯玉米秸稈的發(fā)酵品質(zhì)和有氧穩(wěn)定性。

【Abstract】The objective of 顆粒機this study was to assess the effects of the addition of Lactobacillus buchneri and cellulase on ferm顆粒機entative quality and aerobic stability of silage corn straw. A fermentative experiment using silage 顆粒機corn straw as raw material was conducted with four groups: control group (CK), Lactobacillus buchner顆粒機i addition group (LB), cellulase addition group (ENZ), and Lactobacillus buchneri + cellulase combin顆粒機ative addition group (LB + ENZ). After a 45-day-long fermentation, the fermented silage corn straw s顆粒機amples of different groups were collected for comprehensive sensory evaluation of fermentative quali顆粒機ty. The pH value, organic acid content, viable bacterial cell count, water-soluble carbohydrate (WSC顆粒機) content, neutral detergent fiber (NDF) content and acid detergent fiber (ADF) content were determi顆粒機ned and statistically compared. The results showed that the comprehensive sensory score of LB group,顆粒機 ENZ group and LB + ENZ group was 20.31%, 14.06% and 25.00% higher than that of CK group, respective顆粒機ly. The viable yeast counts of LB group and LB + ENZ group were decreased to 2.23 × 103 CFU/g FM and顆粒機 7.10 × 102 CFU/g FM, respectively, and both of them were obviously lower than those of CK group and顆粒機 ENZ group. Compared with CK group, LB group and LB + ENZ group had significantly ( P < 0.05) increa顆粒機sed acetic acid content, and had significantly ( P < 0.05) reduced lactic acid/acetic acid and ammon顆粒機ia nitrogen (NH3-N) content; the production of propionic acid of LB group and LB + ENZ group was als顆粒機o inhibited. Compared with CK group, ENZ group and LB + ENZ group had significantly ( P < 0.05) bett顆粒機er degradation effect on ADF, while no significant( P > 0.05) difference in degradation effect on ND顆粒機F was observed; the WSC contents of ENZ group and LB + ENZ group were elevated. The aerobic stabilit顆粒機y time of LB + ENZ group, LB group and ENZ group was increased by 312.36%, 250.56% and 87.64% compar顆粒機ed with CK group, respectively, and statistically significant ( P < 0.05) inter-group differences am顆粒機ong the four groups were observed. In conclusion, the combinative addition of Lactobacillus buchneri顆粒機 and cellulase can improve the fermentative quality and aerobic stability of silage corn straw.

Development of Pelletized Feed Preparation Technology by Combinatorial Use 顆粒機of a Small Feed Blender and a Flat Die Granulator

【摘要】[目的]研究JB-300型精飼料攪拌機和300型平模顆粒機組合使用制備牛羊精補料顆粒飼料的最佳顆粒機工藝參數(shù)。[方法]測定不同攪拌時間、裝載系數(shù)對飼料混合均勻度的影響;確定攪拌混合工藝參數(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,測定不同玉米粉碎粒度、水分含量對顆粒飼料成型率的影響。以??字睆?、玉米粉碎粒度和水分含量為測定因素,以顆粒機成型率和硬度的綜合加權(quán)評分值為指標,確定制備顆粒飼料的最優(yōu)組合參數(shù)。[結(jié)果]攪拌時間為10 min、20 min的變異系數(shù)均顯著(P<0.05)低于攪拌5 min和15 min。裝載系數(shù)為80%時,變顆粒機異系數(shù)顯著(P<0.05)低于裝載系數(shù)為70%和60%。玉米粉碎粒度為2 mm和4 mm時,顆粒飼料成型率顯著(P<0.05)高于玉米粉碎粒度為6 mm和8 mm。水分含量為10%和13%時,顆粒飼料顆粒機成型率顯著(P<0.05)高于水分含量為16%和19%。影響正交試驗綜合加權(quán)平均分值的??字睆?、玉米粉碎粒度、水分含量的極差分別為18.76、1.64和3.47。[結(jié)論]JB—300型精飼料攪拌機混合顆粒機飼料最佳參數(shù):裝載系數(shù)為80%、攪拌時間為10 min;300型平模顆粒機制作精補料顆粒飼料最佳參數(shù):模孔直徑為4 mm(壓縮比為6)、玉米粉碎粒度為4 mm、水分含量為13%。

【Abstract】[顆粒機Objective] To determine the best process parameters for preparing pelletized supplementary concentra顆粒機te feed of cow and sheep by combinatorial use of a concentrate blender (JB-300 type) and a flat die 顆粒機granulator (300 type). [Method] The impacts of varied mixing time and loading coefficients on feed b顆粒機lending uniformity were examined. Based on the determined process parameters of blending and mixing,顆粒機 the effects of different corn particle sizes and moisture content on the molding rate of pelletized顆粒機 feed were assessed. To determine the best combinatorial parameters for preparing pelletized feed, t顆粒機he die hole diameter, corn particle size, and moisture content were used as base measurement factors顆粒機, and the comprehensive weighted score of molding rate and hardness were used as the evaluative inde顆粒機x in the orthogonal test. [Result] When the blending time was set to 10 min or 20 min, the variation顆粒機 coefficients were significantly (P < 0.05) lower than those when it was set to 5 min or 15 min. The顆粒機 variation coefficient was significantly lower (P < 0.05) when the loading coefficient was 80% than 顆粒機that when it was 70% or 60%. The molding rate of pelletized feed was significantly ( P < 0.05) highe顆粒機r when the corn particle size was 2 mm or 4 mm than that when it was 6 mm or 8 mm. When the moisture顆粒機 content was 10% or 13%, the molding rate of pelletized feed was significantly ( P < 0.05) higher th顆粒機an that when it was 16% or 19%. The extreme differences in die hole diameter, corn particle size, an顆粒機d moisture content affecting the comprehensive weighted average score of the orthogonal test were 18顆粒機.76, 1.64, and 3.47, respectively. [Conclusion] The optimal parameters of the JB-300 type concentrat顆粒機e blender for feed mixing were loading at 80% and mixing for 10 min. The die hole diameter of 4 mm (顆粒機compression ratio of 6), the corn particle size of 4 mm, and moisture content of 13% were the best s顆粒機pecifications of the 300-type flat die granulator for preparing pelletized supplementary concentrate顆粒機.

Effects of Different Levels of Grape Seed Pomace on in Vi顆粒機tro Gas Production, Fermentation Parameters, Nutrient Digestibility and Growth Performance of Simmen顆粒機tal Cattle

【摘要】[目的]研究用不同水平葡萄籽渣替代肉牛精料補充料中部分玉米和棉粕對西門塔爾牛體外瘤胃發(fā)酵產(chǎn)氣量、營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)體外消化率、發(fā)酵參數(shù)及生長性能的影響。[方法]試驗采用模擬瘤胃體外培顆粒機養(yǎng)技術(shù),以4%、8%、12%和16%葡萄籽渣替代肉牛精料補充料中部分玉米和棉粕,測定各組日糧體外產(chǎn)氣量、發(fā)酵參數(shù)、營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)體外消化率及肉牛生長性能。[結(jié)果]隨著體外發(fā)酵時間的增加,累計產(chǎn)氣量呈遞增趨勢顆粒機,12%葡萄籽渣組產(chǎn)氣量最大,各組之間72 h總產(chǎn)氣量差異不顯著(P>0.05);產(chǎn)氣后人工瘤胃培養(yǎng)液pH值、NH3-N濃度和菌體蛋白含量各組無顯著(P>0.05)差異,試驗組揮發(fā)性脂肪酸濃度顯著(P顆粒機<0.05)升高;16%葡萄籽渣組干物質(zhì)消化率最低,對照組粗蛋白消化率顯著(P<0.05)高于試驗組,對照組和4%葡萄籽渣組中性洗滌纖維消化率顯著(P<0.05)高于其他三組,對照組和12%葡萄籽渣組顆粒機酸性洗滌纖維消化率顯著(P<0.05)高于其他三組;4%和8%葡萄籽渣組肉牛平均日增重較對照組分別高170 g/d和140 g/d。[結(jié)論]葡萄籽渣替代肉牛精料補充料中部分玉米和棉粕可以提高瘤胃揮發(fā)性顆粒機脂肪酸含量,添加4%和8%葡萄籽渣可以提高肉牛日增重,促進瘤胃發(fā)酵,有利于提高肉牛生長性能。

【Abstract】[Objective] To investigate the effects of di顆粒機fferent levels of grape seed pomace (GSP) replacing partial corn and cottonseed meal in concentrate 顆粒機supplements on in vitro rumen gas production, in vitro nutrient digestibility, fermentation paramete顆粒機rs, and growth performance of Simmental cattle. [Method] Using the rumen simulation technique, corn 顆粒機and cottonseed meal in concentrate supplements were partially replaced by GSP at proportions of 4%, 顆粒機8%, 12% and 16%, respectively. The in vitro gas production, fermentation parameters, and in vitro nu顆粒機trient digestibility of each group were measured. In addition, the growth performance of the cattle 顆粒機fed with diets in which corn and cottonseed meal were partially replaced by different levels of GSP 顆粒機was evaluated. [Result] The cumulative gas production increased as the in vitro fermentation period 顆粒機extended. The 12% GSP group produced the most gas, and there was no significant ( P > 0.05) differen顆粒機ce in total gas production across the different groups at 72 h of fermentation. There were no signif顆粒機icant ( P > 0.05) differences in pH value, NH3–N concentration, or bacterial protein content in the 顆粒機artificial rumen fluid between the different groups after gas production. The concentrations of vola顆粒機tile fatty acids increased significantly ( P < 0.05) in the experimental groups. The digestibility o顆粒機f dry matter was the lowest in the 16% GSP group. The digestibility of crude protein in the control 顆粒機group was significantly ( P < 0.05) higher than that in the experimental groups. The digestibility o顆粒機f neutral detergent fiber in the control group and the 4% GSP group was significantly ( P < 0.05) hi顆粒機gher than that in the other three groups. The digestibility of acid detergent fiber in the control g顆粒機roup and the 12% GSP group was significantly ( P < 0.05) higher than that in the other three groups.顆粒機 The average daily gain of the cattle in the 4% and the 8% GSP groups was 170 g/d and 140 g/d higher顆粒機 than that of the control group, respectively. [Conclusion] Replacement of partial corn and cottonse顆粒機ed meal in concentrate supplements with GSP improved the concentrations of volatile fatty acids in a顆粒機rtificial rumen fluid. Replacing proportions of 4% or 8% of GSP increased the daily gain and boosted顆粒機 the rumen fermentation of beef cattle, which was conducive to improving the growth performance.

Effects of Adding Caragana korshinskii in Pelleted Diet on Growth 顆粒機Performance, Blood Biochemical Indicators, Ruminal Fermentation and Mutton Quality of Tan Sheep

【摘要】[顆粒機目的]研究顆粒日糧中添加檸條對灘羊生長性能、血液生化指標、瘤胃發(fā)酵及羊肉品質(zhì)的影響。[方法]選擇體重相近的健康去勢灘羊20只,隨機分成兩組,每組10只;對照組飼喂含有10%菊花粕的顆粒日糧,試驗組飼喂顆粒機含有6%檸條和4%菊花粕的顆粒日糧;開展周期為50天的育肥試驗,測定灘羊的生長性能指標;育肥試驗結(jié)束后,測定灘羊血液生化指標;屠宰后測定灘羊的屠宰性能指標,并取瘤胃液測定瘤胃發(fā)酵指標;取背腰最長肌,測顆粒機定粗脂肪、粗蛋白、氨基酸含量以及脂肪酸組成。[結(jié)果]試驗組和對照組灘羊的初始體重和終末體重無顯著(P>0.05)差異;試驗組平均日增重較對照組降低10.84%,差異不顯著(P>0.05);對照組平均日顆粒機采食量顯著(P<0.05)高于試驗組;兩組試驗羊料肉比相同。試驗組灘羊血清中的總蛋白含量顯著(P<0.05)高于對照組,其他血液生化指標無顯著(P>0.05)差異。對照組灘羊屠宰率比試驗組高1.59%顆粒機,差異不顯著(P>0.05);兩組試驗羊肝臟重、肝臟指數(shù)、心臟和肺臟重、心臟和肺臟指數(shù)差異不顯著(P>0.05)。試驗組灘羊瘤胃液中丁酸濃度顯著(P<0.05)高于對照組,異戊酸濃度顯著(P<0.05顆粒機)低于對照組。對照組和試驗組灘羊背腰最長肌中分別檢測出18種和20種脂肪酸,粗蛋白含量分別為17.51%和20.92%,粗脂肪含量分別為3.22%和3.89%,總氨基酸含量分別為13.25%和14.0顆粒機9%。[結(jié)論]顆粒日糧中加入檸條對灘羊生長性能、血液生化指標和屠宰性能影響不明顯,但可改善瘤胃發(fā)酵,豐富羊肉中脂肪酸組成及含量,增加肉中粗蛋白、粗脂肪和氨基酸含量。

【Abstract】[Objecti顆粒機ve] To assess the effects of adding Caragana korshinskii in pelleted diet on growth performance, blo顆粒機od biochemical indicators, ruminal fermentation and mutton quality of Tan sheep. [Method] A total of顆粒機 20 healthy castrated Tan sheep with similar weights were selected and randomly divided into 2 group顆粒機s with 10 individuals for each group. The control group was fed with pelleted diet containing 10% ch顆粒機rysanthemum meal, and the experimental group was fed with pelleted diet containing 6% Caragana korsh顆粒機inskii and 4% chrysanthemum meal instead. A 50-day fattening experiment was conducted, and the growt顆粒機h performance indicators of the Tan sheep were determined; after the fattening experiment, the blood顆粒機 biochemical indexes were measured; the slaughter performance indicators were evaluated, and the rum顆粒機inal fluid samples were collected after slaughter to assess the ruminal fermentation indicators; and顆粒機 the contents of ether extract, crude protein and amino acids as well as the contents and compositio顆粒機n of fatty acids in longissimus dorsi muscle were determined. [Result] No significant ( P > 0.05) di顆粒機fferences in initial weights and final weights in the fattening experiment between the experimental 顆粒機group and the control group were observed; while the average daily gain of the experimental group wa顆粒機s reduced by 10.84% compared with the control group, and no significant difference was found ( P >0.顆粒機05); the average daily feed intake of the control group was significantly ( P < 0.05) higher than th顆粒機at of the experimental group; and the two groups had the same feed to gain ratio. The experimental g顆粒機roup had significantly ( P < 0.05) higher serum total protein concentration compared with the contro顆粒機l group, and there were no significant ( P > 0.05) differences in the other tested blood biochemical顆粒機 indexes. The slaughter rate of the control group was 1.59% higher than that of the experimental gro顆粒機up, but no significant ( P > 0.05) difference was observed; there were no significant ( P > 0.05) di顆粒機fferences in liver weights, liver indexes, heart and lung weights and heart and lung indexes between顆粒機 the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group had significantly ( P < 0.05) 顆粒機higher butyric acid concentration and significantly ( P < 0.05) lower isovaleric acid concentration 顆粒機in ruminal fluid compared with the control group. A total of 18 and 20 kinds of fatty acids were det顆粒機ermined in longissimus dorsi muscle of the control group and the experimental group, respectively. T顆粒機he contents of crude protein, ether extract and total amino acids of the control group and the exper顆粒機imental group were 17.51% and 20.92%, 3.22% and 3.89%, and 13.25% and 14.09%, respectively. [Conclus顆粒機ion] Addition of Caragana korshinskii in pelleted diet has no obvious impacts on most of the indicat顆粒機ors associated with growth performance, blood biochemistry and slaughter performance of Tan sheep, b顆粒機ut improves the ruminal fermentation and enriches the fatty acids composition and concentrations as 顆粒機well as increases the contents of crude protein, ether extract and total amino acids in mutton.

不同顆顆粒機粒日糧對灘羊育肥羊生長性能、養(yǎng)分表觀消化率及血清生化指標的影響

Effects of Different Pelleted Diets on Growth Performance, Nutrient A顆粒機pparent Digestibility, and Serum Biochemical Indexes in Fattening Tan Sheep

【摘要】旨在探究不同顆粒日糧對育肥羊生長性能、養(yǎng)分顆粒機表觀消化率及血清生化指標的影響。選取體重相近、(70±10)日齡的灘羊羯羔羊60只,隨機分為4組:對照組(n=15)、試驗Ⅰ組(n=15)、試驗Ⅱ組(n=15)、試驗Ⅲ組(n=15)。對照組飼喂自配全顆粒機混合日糧(40%自配精飼料+60%自配粗飼料),試驗Ⅰ組飼喂50%自配全混合日糧(20%自配精飼料+30%自配粗飼料)+50%育肥羊全混合顆粒飼料,試驗Ⅱ組飼喂育肥羊全混合顆粒飼料,試驗Ⅲ組飼喂45%顆粒機顆粒化精補料+55%草顆粒飼料。飼喂試驗預試期16 d,正試期87 d。測定各組育肥羊的試驗初重和試驗末重,計算試驗期間的平均日增重。記錄各組育肥羊的采食情況,計算平均日采食量和料重比。飼喂試驗結(jié)束時顆粒機,采用常規(guī)方法測定并比較各組干物質(zhì)、有機物、粗蛋白質(zhì)和中性洗滌纖維的表觀消化率,以及血清生化指標。結(jié)果表明,試驗Ⅱ組的平均日增重最高,顯著(P<0.05)高于試驗Ⅰ組和試驗Ⅲ組,極顯著(P<0.01)顆粒機高于對照組;試驗Ⅱ組的平均日采食量顯著(P<0.05)低于試驗Ⅰ組和對照組;試驗Ⅱ組的料重比最低,分別比對照組、試驗Ⅰ組和試驗Ⅲ組降低了60.63%、35.69%、9.41%。試驗Ⅱ組的干物質(zhì)、有機物顆粒機、粗蛋白質(zhì)和中性洗滌纖維的表觀消化率均高于其他3組,其中,粗蛋白質(zhì)的表觀消化率與其他3組差異均顯著(P<0.05)。各組育肥羊血清生化指標差異均不顯著(P>0.05)。綜上提示,飼喂全混合顆粒日糧能夠顆粒機改善灘羊育肥羊生長性能,提高養(yǎng)分表觀消化率,對育肥羊健康無明顯影響。

【Abstract】This study aimed to assess the effects of different pell顆粒機eted diets on growth performance, nutrient apparent digestibility, and serum biochemical indexes in 顆粒機fattening sheep. A total of 60 wether lambs at ages of 70 ±10 days of Tan sheep with similar weights顆粒機 were selected and randomly divided into a control group ( n = 15), an experimental group Ⅰ ( n = 15顆粒機), an experimental group Ⅱ ( n = 15), and an experimental group Ⅲ ( n = 15). The control group fed 1顆粒機00% self-prepared total mixed ration (40% self-prepared concentrate + 60% self-prepared forage), the顆粒機 experimental group Ⅰ fed 50% self-prepared total mixed ration (20% self-prepared concentrate + 30% 顆粒機self-prepared forage) + 50% commercially available total mixed pelleted diet for fattening sheep, th顆粒機e experimental group Ⅱ fed 100% commercially available total mixed pelleted diet for fattening sheep顆粒機, and the experimental group Ⅲ fed 45% pelleted concentrate supplement + 55% pelleted forage. The fe顆粒機eding experiment included a 16 days pre-test period and an 87 days formal test period. The experimen顆粒機tal fattening sheep in different groups were weighed at the beginning and end of the experiment, and顆粒機 the average daily gains during the feeding experiment were calculated. The feed intakes were observ顆粒機ed and recorded, and the average daily feed intakes and feed/gain were calculated. At the end of the顆粒機 feeding experiment, the apparent digestibility of dry matter, organic matter, crude protein, and ne顆粒機utral detergent fiber as well as the serum biochemical indexes were determined using routine methods顆粒機. The indicators associated with growth performance, nutrient apparent digestibility, and serum bioc顆粒機hemical indexes among different groups were statistically compared. The results showed that the high顆粒機est average daily gain was observed in experimental group Ⅱ, which was significantly ( P < 0.05) hig顆粒機her than those of the experimental group Ⅰ and the experimental group Ⅲ, and was extremely significa顆粒機ntly ( P < 0.01) higher than that of the control group; the average daily feed intake of the experim顆粒機ental group Ⅱ was significantly ( P < 0.05) lower than those of the experimental group Ⅰ and control顆粒機 group; the experimental group Ⅱ had the lowest feed/gain, which was decreased by 60.63%, 35.69%, an顆粒機d 9.41% compared to the control group, the experimental group Ⅰ, and the experimental group Ⅲ, respe顆粒機ctively. The apparent digestibility of dry matter, organic matter, crude protein, and neutral deterg顆粒機ent fiber of experimental group Ⅱ was higher than those of the other three groups, and a significant顆粒機 ( P < 0.05) difference was observed in the apparent digestibility of crude protein. There were no s顆粒機ignificant ( P > 0.05) differences in serum biochemical indexes among different groups. In summary, 顆粒機feeding a total mixed pelleted diet improves the growth performance and increases the nutrient appar顆粒機ent digestibility of the fattening Tan sheep, and has no obvious affection on their health.

《畜牧與飼料科學》的辦刊宗旨是:顆粒機面向畜牧業(yè)生產(chǎn)與科學研究,開展學術(shù)討論與交流,重點報道內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)及國內(nèi)外畜牧業(yè)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的前沿創(chuàng)新成果和突破性學術(shù)觀點,為推動我國畜牧業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新服務;

刊物的欄目設置包括:基礎(chǔ)研究、動物營養(yǎng)與飼料科學、顆粒機動物生產(chǎn)與管理、動物遺傳與繁育、草業(yè)科學、智慧畜牧業(yè)、畜牧經(jīng)濟與信息、畜牧資源與環(huán)境、食品科學、動物疾病防控。
